What I Ate Wednesday #3

N° 3 of the What I ate Wednesday - Series definitely lacked the color green.
And admittedly I didn't even realize it until just now .
This shows once again that I do have major troubles getting in my daily dose of greens... probably one of the reasons I decided to participate in WIAW originally, just to make me aware whether I'm really eating my veggies or not.
Furthermore WIAW helps me cherish the versatility and savoriness of yummy food, while getting inspired and motivated by fellow bloggers along the way and sharing what all of us have in common:
We all want to need to eat!

(This time no picture of my morning coffee! bohoooo)

The olives in my "Oliva" - Olivenstangerl do count though!

poppy seed marzipan pudding ... exactly according to my taste!! YUMMMM

peanut butter protein balls always help overcome the dreaded afternoon low

Later that day, I was attending an event that included dinner:
feta cheese with zucchini, pesto and cherry tomatoes as an appetizer

Paprika-Chicken (the picture shows only 2 chicken wings, but there were 3, which I all gnawed off hahaha) with veggies on the side

unpictured go the enormous amounts of mixed nuts, which I can't stop consuming on a daily basis. I really need to get this under control -.-
The reason why I didn't take a picture of them is because I eat them unconsciously by the handful. I take some and then I keep going back for more. more. MORE!!!
Doesn't matter if it's cashews, almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts (...oh and don't forget about Brazil nut!!)
I love them alll ♥

Ohhh and by the way, I want to see what Julia , Mimi, Viki, Anni and Mirela eat on their Wednesdays :)
So come on girls, get your cameras ready and join me for WIAW!

xx Doris

  5. hey got your question about kale on my blog (thanks for coming by!) you can eat it raw, but i find it better to saute kale (about 5-10 minutes) on medium to medium high heat with a bit of olive oil and whatever seasonings you like. i'm not a huge fan of kale chips either although i do like them on the grill. let me know if you try it!
