I was completely blown away by my yummy "egg in a glass" with mushrooms and leek.
Needless to say I devoured every. single. bite.

1/4 l freezly squeezed OJ (traded for a hot tea)
porridge with fresh fruit
whole grain bread, honey, curd cheese spread (Liptauer) & cottage cheese
1 egg in a glass with leek and mushrooms
choose between a latte/hot tea/hot chocolate
semolina porridge with chocolate flakes
crunchy rustic bread with farmhouse bacon from Pongau
farmhouse butter, homemade jelly
omelette with tomatoes and peppers
