It's been too long that we went to Anker (a signature bakery in Vienna) and sat down for their infamous breakfast variations. Luckily, last Monday we finally got to do so. The cappucino was perfect (with whole milk and chocoa powder), the rolls & whole wheat seed pastries soft and yet crunchy. We ordered the Aktiv Frühstück and the Anker Frühstück, just like in good old times :) Both of our orders came with cheese and turkey slices, cream cheese with herbs and butter. I added the cucumber pieces myself, which I luckily had packed for a quick snack.
I remember that quite some time ago they changed the Aktiv Frühstück somehow, which now contains a cup of plain yoghurt as well.
And you get all of that for a really good price of 3,70/3,80.-
Excellent deal, given the fact that everywhere else you pay up to 3 euros for a cup of coffee alone!
Highly recommended for a typical breakfast in the city!
