I just completed the last and final fit test, and although I am quite sore after some intensive high knees yesterday, I somehow managed to beat all my previous scores. In fact, I would have never believed I could still improve after the 2nd fit test, which showed already a great progress to begin with. Yes - I was really fast then, but I was lacking proper form on some of the exercises.
Today I felt like I had amazing form and I even managed all the regular push ups, whereas last time I had to drop down on my knees after a bit. I am so happy and feel like I achieved a lot in that short period of time!! Seems like it all is falling into place right now and I love it!

Wanna try to beat my scores? Set your interval timer for 7 intervals of 10 sec (rest period) and 50 sec (max effort) and complete the above exercises as fast as you can. But pay attention to keep proper form or you'll only be cheating on yourself ;)
